We prep structural steel to Sa 2½ or Sa 3 (bright metal) with a defined surface profile — the specification most industrial and commercial coatings require to bond properly. On regeneration projects we work around active tenants, hoard where required, and provide the paperwork commercial landlords, main contractors and building control expect.

Do you handle large commercial/industrial steel cleaning contracts?
Yes. We're set up for scaffold, MEWP and rope access, we can work around active sites with proper hoarding and dust containment, and we produce the paperwork main contractors expect (method statement, method statements, waste transfer notes).
Are you accredited for commercial site work (CHAS/CITB)?
Our operators carry the relevant CSCS/CCNSG cards for site work, and we can supply the paperwork most main contractors' pre-qual will ask for. We're happy to walk your PM through it before quoting.
Can you work around an active site/business?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is on active sites — we hoard, sheet and screen the working area, we run outside operating hours where noise or dust would disrupt tenants, and we agree access and welfare arrangements with your site manager before we start.
