The Brief
Mill-to-residential conversion. Structural steel had 100+ years of paint layers, mill scale and pitting corrosion. Developer needed a defined surface profile ready for their coating specification.
The Method
Controlled abrasive blast to Sa 2½ / Sa 3 across all exposed steel. Full sheeting and dust containment throughout — the site remained open on adjacent floors.

Clean handover to the developer's coating team within programme. Clear method statement, method statement, and post-works photographs delivered on completion.
